VISION STATEMENT

“A utility with excellent water supply and sanitation services for social and economic development”.

MISSION STATEMENT

“To provide quality, reliable and affordable water and sanitation services that exceed customers’ expectations”.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

As articulated in the DAWASA Strategic Plan, to achieve the mission, 7 objectives have been

set out as follows: –

i. Access to adequate, safe, and clean water supply services improved;

ii. Access to sanitation services improved;

iii. Customer care and services delivery improved;

iv. Working environment and staff welfare improved;

V. Institutional capacity to carry out operations improved;
